25 years of experience working all over the world. He has extensive expertise in agricultural
extension, R&D, new crop introduction, breeding, agricultural surveys, studies and seed
production. Doron has a broad knowledge and understanding of a range of environments
including developing countries, where he has successfully introduced programs that support self-
sufficiency and economic growth. He is considered an expert in the implementation of advanced
